Wee-Wee: Full Body Workout For Dads With Kids

My kids call this play-exercise "wee-wee". Yes it has elements of danger but with risks kept to a minumum, this is fun for both kids and dad. Works your entire body - lower body, core, upper body and yeah your heart rate 2.

Not that this should be technical and hey ...parenting, life and fitness should be fun, simple and rewarding.

Caution:
- not suitable for beginners or if you have pre-existing injuries.
- only suitable with small children.
- be sure to keep the movements smooth to help absorb momentum.
- looks "easy" but you may want to start without non-living objects like a medicine ball first.
